The Earth Day Omaha Coalition is comprised of volunteers from organizations and the community. The organizations involved with the Earth Day Omaha Coalition are Activate Omaha, Audubon Society of Omaha, Omaha Advertising, Omaha Pedalers, Papio-Missouri River Natural Resources District, Sierra Club, St. Paul Church of Omaha, The Reader, and Whole Foods Market.

The Earth Day Omaha Coalition is dedicated to increasing public awareness of environmental issues through annual Earth Day events and activities. The Earth Day Omaha Coalition is affiliated with Earth Day Network, the international organization coordinating Earth Day events worldwide.

The Earth Day Omaha Coalition is a non-profit 501 c3 organization. We are an open membership organization with a 5 member board of directors:
